Licence Exempt Bands

Can anyone confirm that in the 5.8GHz band the max eirp permitted in the UK and Europe is limited to 25mW. Some folk have told me 100mW, but on trawling through the Ofcom website I think it is 25mW,

It's unlikely to be 25mW especially for application uses digital communication. I personal believe the reason to use 5.8GHz is due to more channels are available for high data rate communication. The commumication range will be extreme short if the regulation sets at 25mW as limit.
